90 Days to Your Happy Workplace

How does this all work anyway? It starts with assessing your current culture and formulating a detailed custom action plan, continues with accountability sessions, then we wrap up with a reassessment and final action plan!

Together, we’ll create a workplace for your team (and ultimately you) that fosters growth, energy and productivity. Here’s what our 90 days together looks like:

  • Month One:

    • 1 hour in-person kickoff meeting with the team

    • Individual and group interviews (up to 15)

    • Company-wide data gathering (fancy way of saying Team Surveys)

    • 10-point Happy Workplace Report Card that includes an assessment of your:

 
  • Hiring & Onboarding

  • Communication

  • Motivational Style

  • Engagement/Productivity

  • Team Morale

  • Connection to Company Mission

  • Growth & Development

  • Customer Experience

  • Health habits

  • Workspace Design 

 

Our first month together will conclude with a 45 minute presentation of the report, how you rate overall, and a 10 point action plan.

What happens next?

  • Month Two- we’ll spend 45 minutes together 1:1 every week (4 sessions total) to work through your custom action plan, talk about challenges you might be having, answer questions, and check in with plan progress. Email support is included.

  • Month Three- revisit conversations with the team to get feedback on how changes are landing and discover if the desired impact is being achieved. Then we tweak the plan as needed.

  • Our quarter together ends with a revised Report Card 2.0 that is presented to you virtually

At the end of our quarter together, you will have a personalized plan of how to move forward to further develop and maintain Your Happy Workplace. 

Your total investment for the quarter = $7,500

Q&A

Why do we have to apply to have access to this offer?

90 Days to Your Happy Workplace is not just an investment of both time and money, it’s also a commitment. In order to make sure this process will have the best success rate possible and be a fulfilling experience for everyone involved, an application is required. It’s also necessary to make sure all 90 Day clients are prepared to commit to the work that is essential to this process. I am one lady and have a limited capacity to work with clients in this detailed and intensive way, so adding an application process to this offer is part of my healthy work culture of one. How do you measure results with this work?

The annoying answer is, it depends. At the end of our process, you will get a detailed action plan for improving your work culture. After you start implementing, the results will vary depending on your unique challenges and goals.

For example, I worked with a business that has 15 employees. They were having challenges with communication, and because of the work we did together, they saw positive changes in that area and significant changes with one person in particular. Here's a snippet from a follow up email I received: "That would never have happened without the work you did. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!"

That was a desired result for that business, but maybe for you it’s to create better hiring and onboarding processes, or developing a health and wellness program for your team, or strengthening the connection among your remote team. Results will be unique to you.
